Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Crabtree has over 20 years executive healthcare experience starting and growing healthcare companies, as well as leading national divisions for major payers. He recently served as Chief Service Officer of myNEXUS, building operations from the ground up prior to selling the company to Anthem (now Elevance Health).
He also was responsible for running AIM Healthcare for Anthem after the successful acquisition. Prior to myNexus, he started NaviHealth (sold successfully to Optum) serving as the COO and MedSolutions (sold successfully to Express Scripts/CIGNA). Mr. Crabtree holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from Elon University and an MBA from Averett University.

Mr Asher has a wide range of healthcare experience including M&A, corporate strategy, operations, and business development. He began his career at Stephens Inc in Capital Markets and Equity Research before joining a medical device startup company and overseeing the development and launch of two novel devices in the Cardiovascular space.
Most recently, he has worked with Merge Growth Advisors and Sidecar Group, providing financial due diligence for multiple buy-side and sell-side transactions, in addition to providing growth and strategic finance services to numerous healthcare companies. Noah holds degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Arkansas - Little Rock.
